Transplant Care

The care and recovery of patients that have had a transplanted organ such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas and bone marrow is done by our interdisciplinary team. Our team members include therapists, dietitians, pharmacists and physicians who offer individualized care using their specialized training.
